At SHARP Knife Shop, we stand behind the quality of our cutlery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, knives that have been used, sharpened, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap the knife in its original blade guard and box, ensuring it is padded securely to prevent movement or damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our warehouse for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master smiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
